Neon face paints are very bright in normal light and glow under UV or black light! Professional, cosmetic grade, water-based/water activated face & body paint with no perfume. High concentration of pigment, opacity & vivid colors. Can be used with brush or sponge. Maximum Coverage - 10g will cover 100-150 faces, 32g will cover 350-500 faces. Manufactured according to the EEC and FDA regulations. To apply, spray the cake with water or wet your brush/sponge then load your brush/sponge with the paint and apply onto the skin. Takes seconds to dry. Once dry, the make up will last all day without cracking or fading and is so soft on the skin you won't even know it's there! Independent testings in Europe have proven all the Neon Paints to be safe and there have been no reports of any reactions. Neon paints have a special pigment that allows them to shine under the black light. The FDA have approved some of the colors for use on the skin - Neon White, Neon Blue, Neon Violet and some colors as 'special effects products': Neon Pink, Neon Orange, Neon Yellow, Neon Green. We have used all colors time and time again on the skin and have had no problems whatsoever.
