HOW TO USE Before showering, use the Body Brush on dry skin. Start on the left side of the body, and dry brush in either firm upward strokes or circular motions, starting at the feet and moving up the body. Always brush towards the heart; once at the neck and chest, brush downwards and inwards Wet the Body Bar and move in small, circular motions to cleanse the skin, and buff away roughness. Avoid use on face. Apply the Body Oil to the hands or directly onto the skin, and smooth in until well absorbed.
