Natural violet blonde toning for yellow hair. For best results, use this toner on hair that has been pre-lightened to level 9-10 (in other words, pale yellow, not bright yellow and not orange). Use with 20 Vol developer. Works in just 10 minutes. Ammonia-Free. No PPD, no parabens Contains Bond Protect & Argan Oil. Does not bump up or touch a dark base. Only tones lightened parts.
